k Live\nYouTube Streaming\n\n\n\n\n\nThis Fall Study and Sermon series is
moving into Part II for November – December.\n\nIn this first part of t
he series\, we examined the concept of Sacrifice. Now\, we will take an
in-depth look at who was this Jesus\, Yeshua the Christ\, our Afrikan Mess
iah.\n\nWe have been constantly told in our faith journey (no matter our C
hristian denomination) that “Jesus paid the ultimate sacrifice\, he gave
his life so that we might have eternal life”.\n\nBut what does that rea
lly mean? In this study and sermon series we will examine the meaning of S
acrifice from a myriad of perspectives to find out what that really means
in our current lived Africentric Christian context.\n\nSacrifice (Lat.\, O
F\, OE)…\n\nTo offer something (especially a life) to a deity as an act
 of homage\, propitiation\, penitence\, thanksgiving\, devotion\, etc.\n\nS
omething given up for the sake of another.\n\nThe act of giving up a desir
able thing for a more higher object or to a more pressing claim.\n\n\n
